How do I order?

You have 2 ways to order;

1. Through our website. In which your payment method must be entered upon checkout.

2. If you are purchasing via a social media website (Instagram or Facebook). Our customer service representative will ask you to fill out a form to capture your details.

 

What payment options do we accept?

Options included;

 - Cash on delivery
 - Debit/Credit card
 - Installments
 - Money transfer

 

How do pay with installments?

How do I apply my discount code?

You can enter your discount code at the bottom of the cart page.

Or you can enter your discount code at the checkout page. There will be a box that says 'discount' at the top of the page before you enter your credit card information.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you have not paid for you order, you are still able to amend or cancel the order.

To amend an order, please click the 'back' button on your web browser, or click 'Return' at the bottom of the page. Proceed to delete your item from the cart using the drop down box, and click 'continue shopping'.

To cancel an order, either please click the 'back' button on your web browser, or click 'Return' at the bottom of the page. Proceed to delete your item from the cart using the drop down box, and exit the page.
Alternatively, just exit the Bunny Bodies page.

Items that have been paid for, and not yet shipped may still be able to be cancelled. Please contact us immediately if this happens.
Items that have already been shipped cannot be amended or cancelled.

 

Processing, and shipping

Domestic:
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing at our fulfilment center before your order is shipped. 

We use J&T as our shipping partner
Standard delivery times for Luzon is 1 to 3 business days.
Standard delivery times for Visayas / Mindanao is 7 to 10 business days.

DUE TO THE CURRENT QUARANTINE MEASURES IN EFFECT, OUR SHIPPING PARTNERS ARE EXPERIENCING INCREASED WORKLOAD.
PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR YOUR ITEMS TO ARRIVE.

When all orders are shipped out, a tracking number will be given to you.
Please go to the J&T website (click here), and enter your unique tracking number. This will let you know where your package is.

International:

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing at our fulfilment center before your order is shipped. 

We use FedEx as our international shipping partner
All shipments are sent via FedEx International Priority which is 2-5 days.

When all orders are shipped out, a tracking number will be given to you.
Please go to the FedEx website (click here), and enter your unique tracking number. This will let you know where your package is.

If you have not received your package within the specified time frame, please contact us, and we will try our best to help.

 

How to care for Bunny Bodies products?

Washing of our products can be done in a washing machine, on the 'Delicates' settings, or by hand.
Do NOT place our products in a dryer, as this will cause them to shrink and warp.
